30 DAY RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Contact our customer service department for a return authorization. All items must be returned complete and in their original packaging. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. A minimum 20% restocking fee may be applied for damage or missing parts.
WARRANTY – GENERAL PRODUCTS
AMERICAN RECORDER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (ART) products include a limited one year guarantee, free from defects in manufacture and workmanship to the original owner. Warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, etc. reserves the right to make such determination on the basis of factory inspection. A valid return authorization number must be obtained from customer service department for all factory warranty service. All warranty repairs must be returned prepaid. (COD's will be refused). Warranty exceptions are listed below.

- Chemicals
- Cleaning Products
- Light Bulbs
- Adhesive Tapes
- Recording Tapes
3rd PARTY PRODUCTS:
Products not manufactured by AMERICAN RECORDER will be covered by the factory warranty only.
