Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will typically ship the same day. Some items (e.g., audio/video cables, LED lighted signs) may require 2–3 business days for production. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days—please allow additional transit time for delivery. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will notify you by email or phone.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated and shown at checkout. Overnight delivery is available only to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
AMERICAN RECORDER TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. ships to addresses within the Continental U.S. via USPS. Some items are restricted and can not ship by the USPS and can only be shipped by UPS ( chemicals and gas cartridges can not ship by USPS, UPS GROUND ONLY)
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
AMERICAN RECORDER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
AMERICAN RECORDER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
Not all products are available for international shipping, contact AMERICAN RECORDER TECHNOLOGIES for specific shipping details and shipping cost.
