Pre install brackets are ideal for construction with 16" on center rough-in framing. Mounts brackets between studs prior to drywall.
These mounts will work with all HD Fidelity and many other brands of speakers. Brackets are sold in pairs except for the PIB-LCR, which are sold individually. If you are using speakers other than HD Fidelity brand, check the list below for the brackets inside dimensions:
ROUND:
- 6" (PIB-6) - 7.25" diameter (sold in pairs)
- 8" (PIB-8) - 8.50" diameter (sold in pairs)
RECTANGLE:
- 5" (PIB-LCR) 8" X14.25" (sold individually)
- 6" (PIB-7) - 7.4" X 11" (sold in pairs)
- 8" (PIB-82) 9.10" X13.25" (sold in pairs)
