Orders of $500 (Excluding spools), ship by UPS Ground will receive 100% freight credit.*
Bulk wire orders of $3,000.00 or more will ship UPS Ground 100 Weight or other carrier with 100% freight credit.*
*Deducted on payment of invoice, WITHIN TERMS.
CLAIMS
All claims to be made against carrier. Discrepancies must be reported to ART within 10 working days.
WARRANTY
All ART cables include an unlimited lifetime guarantee, free from defects in manufacture and workmanship to the
original owner. All other product includes a one year warranty. Warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, etc. ART reserves the right to make such determination on the bases of factory inspection.
RETURNS
All sales are final. No returned good will be accepted without prior written authorization. All goods must be in sellable condition and must have been purchased within thirty (30) days of return request. Returns and refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
